Chapli kabab By FOOD Lab | Bakra Eid Special Recipe


RECIPE

Ingredients:

• Beef Mince 1/2 kg
• Pomegranate seeds crushed 1 tbs
• Whole spices powder 1 tbs
• Gram flour  2 tbs
• Green chilies chopped 1 TBS
• Salt to taste
• Chili powder 1 tbp
• Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbs 
• Onions chopped 3 medium
• cumin seeds 1 tbs
• Egg 1 large
• Tomatoe rings
• Oil

Direction:
In a bowl, add beef mince, pomegranate seeds, whole spice powder, gram flour, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, coriander seeds, onion, egg and cumin seeds . Mix well. Refrigerate mixture for 10 minutes.
- Make patty and add a tomato slice on top and fry each side for 4-5 min on low flame until it done. Avoid turning sides in between.

serve with naan and chutney
