RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

Mangoes 500gram
Gelatin 2tbsp
Milk 200ml
Cream 200ml
Sugar 35gram
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Mango Layer

Soak 1tbsp of gelatin in 4tbsp of water and leave it for 5-10mins

Cut the mangoes and blend them to make mango purree

Now microwave the gelatin for 20 seconds

Add gelatin in mango puree and stirr to mix it well

Pour the purree in the tilted glasses and refrigerate it for 4 hours or over night to set it.
(To tilt the glass place you can use cupcake tray and kitchen towel)


Milk Cream Layer

Take a source pan and turn the heat on low flame

Add milk and cream. Mix well until combined

Add sugar and stirr till sugar completely dissolves

Turn the heat off

Now add vanilla extract in it and mix. Let the mixture cool for 5mins

Add gelatin 1tbsp soaked and microwaved in the mixture and stirr well so gelatin dissolves


Combine:

Add the milk cream layer in setted mango purree glass 

Refrigerate it for 4 hours or untill it sets completely

After it sets decorate it with mango cubes and mint before serving


Serving size: 4 people
